Frequently asked questions
Does this need my LinkedIn login?
No. It only builds a URL. You open it while signed in to LinkedIn in the normal way; the tool never sees your account or data.
Why is location a keyword and not a filter?
LinkedIn location filters use internal numeric IDs that are not public. Putting the place name in the keywords still narrows results well for most searches.
What is a Google X-ray search?
Searching Google with site:linkedin.com/in plus your terms finds public LinkedIn profiles without using LinkedIn search filters at all - handy when you hit LinkedIn search limits.
